  • Legacy Award
  • Community Service Award (Youth, Individual or Group, 18 years old or younger) Community Service Award (Adult Individual or Group, 19 years old or older)

Award Criteria

The Legacy Award recognizes a person who possesses a record of notable achievements, has demonstrated community leadership, possesses and exhibits high ethical standards, has a history of involvement in a variety of community activities and/or organizations, has illustrated on-going support for community projects.
