Winter Parking Suspended

Winter Plowing

The North St. Paul Police Department will suspend enforcement of the Winter Parking Ordinance (72.02) over the Thanksgiving Weekend.  This will include Wednesday, November 21, 2018 through November 26, 2018 from 1-7am. Enforcement of the Winter Parking Ordinance will resume at 1am, Tuesday, November 27, 2018.  The only exception(s) are any “snow event” that includes the accumulation of two (2) or more inches of snow, necessitating a “snow emergency” until the streets are plowed curb to curb.


Winter parking regulations go into effect on November 1, 2018 through March 31, 2019. Please remember the following: • No parking on any street or alley between the hours of 1:00 am to 7:00 am • No Parking – two or more inches of snow • Vehicles must remain off the street or alley until they have been plowed • Keep your mailbox area clear of snow and clear a path to your outdoor meter and fire hydrants.
