The Ramsey Washington Watershed District offers a variety of Stewardship Grants to help residents make improvements to their property that benefit water quality and natural resources.
The Watershed District provides Stewardship Grants to install and maintain a variety of best management practices. These are designed to filter and reduce runoff, protect groundwater, restore native ecosystems, prevent flooding and lessen the effects of drought.
Common types of projects include:
- Rain gardens
- Native landscaping
- Shoreland protection
- Pervious pavement
