In-Person Absentee Voting, Early Voting and Mail

“In person absentee voting” for the 2018 General Election begins on Friday, September 21 through Friday, October 26. Both Ramsey County Public Works building (1425 Paul Kirkwold Dr., Arden Hills) and Ramsey County Elections Plato Building (90 W. Plato Blvd, St. Paul) will be open for voting for the entire 46 day absentee voting period.

For full details related to “in person absentee voting” and” in-person early voting”, as well as address locations, go to: https://www.ramseycounty.us/residents/elections-voting/voters/vote-election-day

The application process to receive an absentee ballot in the mail will be the same as the 2016 election. The City of North St. Paul will only accept sealed absentee ballots here at City Hall. Ramsey County now conducts “in person absentee voting” for the City of North St. Paul, and there will not be “in person absentee voting” or “in person early voting” taking place at the North St. Paul City Hall.
