North St. Paul Public Works crews trim trees along the boulevards throughout North St. Paul usually during the winter months. The City maintains trees on the public right-of-ways only.

To improve the health and appearance of trees
To lessen interference with vehicle traffic, pedestrians and buildings
To remove limbs that could fall and cause damage or injury
To remove limbs that obstruct traffic signs, signals, street lighting and power lines
