Information for Contractors
Contractor Licensing Requirements
Contractors working in the City of North St. Paul must be licensed by the State of Minnesota. If you will be performing any
- Commercial work
- Masonry and brickwork
- Roofing
- Sign installation, repair including electrical signs
- Plastering/stucco
If you do not have a license from the State of Minnesota you must apply for a Contractor License from the City of North St Paul and provide a Certificate of Insurance. All contractors working on mechanical systems must be licensed by the City of North St. Paul.
