North St. Paul has an active neighborhood watch program, an annual National Night Out event, a Crime Free Multi-family Housing Program and a School Resource Officer located at North High.

Home Break-Ins

Security Assessment
North St. Paul Police Officers are available to conduct a security assessment of your home. For more information, or to schedule an appointment, please contact Captain Nikituk by email or call 651-747-2532.

Report Suspicious Activity
If you witness any suspicious activity in your neighborhood, please call 9-1-1. You may also call the Crime Stoppers Tip Line 24/7 toll free at 800-222-TIPS (8477), or send a text message beginning with TIP674 to CRIMES (274637).

House Watch

Are you going out of town? Notify the North St. Paul Police Department and officers will drive-by your home and check on things. Complete the House Watch Online Request Form, or House Watch Request (PDF)  so our officers will know the dates you will be out of town  as well as your emergency contact information.
