City Hall Closed to the Public

City Hall Closed to the Public

Due to the recent uptick in COVID-19 transmission in the area, city staff affected by the virus, and to protect staff’s ability to service the needs of our residents, the City of North St Paul will close City Hall to the public effective Monday, November 16 until further notice.

Residents are encouraged to access city services online at northstpaul.org.

For police and/or fire emergencies call 911

City staff continue to work on site and remotely to assist with essential services.
