On September 13, 2021 at approximately 11:26 pm, North St. Paul police officers were dispatched to a report of suspicious activity on the 2200 block of Charles Street for an unknown male suspect spotted inside the vehicle of the complainant.
When confronted by the vehicle owner, the suspect fled towards Hause Park. The suspect then stopped and fired multiple shots towards the victims, striking their vehicle and home, nearly striking the victims. The suspect then fled the area. A perimeter was established with officers from North St. Paul, Maplewood, and White Bear Lake Police Departments. The suspect was not located and remains at large. The firearm used has not been recovered.
The suspect was described as a tall male, wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt, long black sweatpants with a large logo on the right thigh, and jaw length dreads.
