For safety reasons, the side streets where there is work occurring will be CLOSED.
Beginning April 18 there will NOT be access to or from McKnight Rd on 12th Ave or 13th Avenue (East of McKnight) where the contractor is working. Residents on the easterly side of McKnight will still be able to access their homes from 3rd St. In the map below the closure is illustrated by the RED box, and the open access point for residents is illustrated by the bright BLUE box.
The closures shown in RED in the map below and are planned to occur for TWO WEEKS from the closure start date. Based on the current schedule and information, the following closures are scheduled to start:
- 12th Ave – Starting afternoon (4/18)
- 13th Ave – Starting afternoon (4/18)
- 14th Ave – Starting afternoon (4/18) potentially (4/19)
- 15th Ave East of McKnight – Thursday (4/20)
Please be aware that it is scheduled to RAIN the next couple of days, which may affect the project’s timeline and the side street closures.
