NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of North St. Paul will hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to the zoning ordinance as it relates to state-licensed residential facilities.
The public hearing will be conducted on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at approximately 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 2400 Margaret St., North St. Paul.
